Article titles, authors and page numbers carried correctly through a volume that changes section repeatedly.
Press-ready output
PDF/X with bleed and CMYK, prepared for imposition and for archival deposit.

Brief and estimate
We read the manuscript before we price it. Extent and scope decide the figure — never a rate card.
Grid and specimen
Trim, margins, type sizes and leading — approved as a real sample page, not as a description.
Cover directions
Two or three routes, each carried to a finished jacket — spine and back cover included, so the choice is real.
Typesetting
Full pagination with front and back matter in place — imprint, contents, appendices, index, colophon.
Proofs and revise
Marked proofs, corrections entered one by one, and the log closed by a second reader.
Press handover
PDF/X with 3 mm bleed, 300 dpi images, CMYK throughout — imposition-ready, not merely finished-looking.

Can you follow our existing style sheet exactly?
Yes. Working to your published style is the default — if you have a house guide, that governs. Where it is silent we will ask rather than decide quietly.
Do you handle theses and dissertations?
Yes, including the front matter, declarations and formatting requirements that individual universities impose.
What about tables that arrive as images or spreadsheets?
They are rebuilt as typeset tables so they stay sharp in print and consistent with the rest of the volume.
Can you set equations and technical notation?
Yes. Send a sample of the heaviest pages with your enquiry and we will confirm the approach before quoting.
