Calendars & collateral
Forty-nine calendar designs, one system.
A calendar catalogue only works if it is a system rather than a pile. Ours runs to forty-nine designs that share one index and one fixed advertising panel — so your logo, your dates and your panel sit in the same place whichever design you choose, and the decision becomes a design decision rather than a layout negotiation.
What is included
What the work actually covers.
Forty-nine designs
A catalogue you choose from, all built on one index so the comparison is fair.
One fixed advertising panel
The sponsor or branding panel holds its position across the catalogue, so your placement never depends on the design chosen.
Date accuracy
Grids checked against the year's calendar and the holidays you observe, as a separate logged pass.
Diaries and planners
Dated interiors, ribbons, endpapers and cover treatments to match the calendar.
Prospectuses and brochures
Institutional collateral built on the same grid discipline as the books.
Invitations
Event and ceremonial printing, including bilingual settings.
How it runs
Six steps from brief to press.
Brief and estimate
We read the manuscript before we price it. Extent and scope decide the figure — never a rate card.
Grid and specimen
Trim, margins, type sizes and leading — approved as a real sample page, not as a description.
Cover directions
Two or three routes, each carried to a finished jacket — spine and back cover included, so the choice is real.
Typesetting
Full pagination with front and back matter in place — imprint, contents, appendices, index, colophon.
Proofs and revise
Marked proofs, corrections entered one by one, and the log closed by a second reader.
Press handover
PDF/X with 3 mm bleed, 300 dpi images, CMYK throughout — imposition-ready, not merely finished-looking.

Questions
The things clients ask first.
Can we put our branding on any design in the catalogue?
Yes — that is the point of the fixed panel. Every design in the catalogue reserves the same advertising position, so your branding is not competing with the layout.
Can you design a calendar from scratch instead?
Yes. The catalogue is a starting point for organisations who want to choose quickly; bespoke work is quoted on the brief.
Do you check the dates?
Yes, as its own logged pass against the year and the holiday list you observe. A wrong date is the one error a calendar cannot survive.
Can you print as well as design?
Yes — press-ready files for your printer, or printing and delivery handled here.
